In 1991 I boarded my first plane, took my first flight and wondered what all the fuss was about. Admittedly, it was only 55 minutes to the channel Islands and the plane didn't fly that far off of the ground, such was the nature of the flight. Since then, I have been a little further in my quest to travel to various countries and sample the oddness that is the global village. Herein lies a multitude of accounts covering my excursions to places far and wide. Most of them were writen at the time of the journey and do reflect a rather primitive writing style in places. Even so, the observations of the locale are accurate despite the time gap - are still fresh in my mind. <cover_ass> Needless to say - they are my own views and aren't intended to offend anyone that may be from a country I may or may not have slated! </cover_ass> |
